Post Interview 2

After the interview. I got a tour of downtown SEOUL!

It's pretty sad. We drove by...and this is what Nam Dae Moon looks like now. Some weird psycho grandpa burnt our history down & now this is the remodeling stage. Really, I feel like Korea keeps throwing away their own culture and history. Even on the streets you can tell how "americanized" "europeanized" they want to be. But they say... Koreans wants to re-discover their own things.

보면서 생각했다: 슬프다. 안타깝다.

우리에 역사 하나가 없어져버렸다는게.

Old fashioned Korean Style Tea House.

Extremely unique and extremely pretty.

인사동에 있는 정통 한국 찻집.

정말 너무 예뼜다. 한국와서 이런 문화를 하나 하나씩 담아간다.

바쁘고 시끄러운 서울을 벗어나.. 조용히 삼촌 이랑 엄마랑.

미쿡이나 한국이나. 자기 얼굴 작게 나올려고한는 사람들.

엄마는 자기 얼굴 크게 나온다고 나 를 뒤에서 민다.

I didn't get a chance to actually go around and take pictures of downtown Seoul because it was very windy and very cold! I thought my face was going to fall off. Oddly, it was sunny all day.

Once it gets warmer and I actually have the leisure to go downtown and enjoy myself I'll make sure ill update. (:
